Doc-AI is a software-as-a-service platform that provides market data visualization, AI-generated market signals, research tools, and a trading interface that connects to third-party brokerage accounts. Doc-AI is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Doc-AI operates under the Publisher's Exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The information we provide is impersonal, not tailored to any individual user's financial situation.
Doc-AI does not owe you a fiduciary duty. We do not know your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or tax circumstances. We do not provide personalized recommendations. The Publisher's Exclusion under which we operate explicitly excludes us from the requirements applicable to registered investment advisers. Nothing in your relationship with Doc-AI creates an advisory relationship.
AI signals are generated by machine learning models trained on historical market data. These signals are impersonal — the same signal is shown to all users on the same subscription tier. Signals are based on statistical patterns and do not predict future market movements with certainty. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy. Signal confidence scores are a measure of the model's internal consistency, not a guarantee of outcome.
Doc-AI aggregates data from third-party providers. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data displayed. Data may be delayed, erroneous, or unavailable at any time. Do not rely solely on Doc-AI data for trading decisions. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party data errors.
When you connect your brokerage account to Doc-AI, you authorize Doc-AI to access your account data and submit orders on your behalf through your broker's API. Doc-AI does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. Your brokerage relationship is directly between you and your broker. Doc-AI is not responsible for order execution, fills, rejections, or any actions taken by your broker. You can disconnect your broker at any time in Settings.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through the platform. Market conditions, technical failures, data delays, AI model errors, and execution issues can all result in financial loss. Doc-AI is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through use of the platform.
The copy trading feature allows users to share and view trading activity. Users who share trades are not registered investment advisers and their trading activity should not be considered investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decision to replicate another user's trades. Past performance of any shared trader does not guarantee future results. Doc-AI does not verify the qualifications, track record, or intentions of users who share trades.
The auto-trade feature, when enabled, automatically submits orders to your connected brokerage account based on AI signals. You acknowledge that automated trading carries additional risks including but not limited to technical failures, data delays, connectivity issues, and model errors. You can disable auto-trade at any time using the Kill Switch in the Auto-Trade page. Doc-AI is not liable for losses incurred through auto-trade execution.
By using Doc-AI you agree to:
Paid tiers are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
During the beta period, all features may be provided free of charge. This may change at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following:
Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your personal data within 30 days of termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOC-AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Doc-AI platform, including its AI models, code, designs, and content, is proprietary. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. You retain ownership of data you submit (trade journals, notes, watchlists).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Messaging Service: Doc-AI sends SMS messages using Twilio's messaging service. All messages originate from numbers provided by Twilio.
Message Types: (a) two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes, (b) price alert notifications for tickers on your watchlist, (c) trade execution confirmations, (d) AI signal alerts, and (e) account security notifications — when you have opted in to SMS notifications.
Opt-In: You may opt in to SMS notifications by providing your mobile phone number during account registration or in Settings → Notifications and confirming your consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Doc-AI at the number provided.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your alert settings, typically 1–10 messages per day. 2FA codes are sent on-demand when you sign in. Alert messages are sent based on the triggers you configure.
To opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any Doc-AI message, or disable SMS notifications in Settings → Notifications. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Carriers: Doc-AI SMS is supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including data retention.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
