This exclusion applies to publishers of bona fide newspapers, news magazines, or business or financial publications of general and regular circulation.

Our AI-generated signals and analysis are distributed to all subscribers simultaneously and are not tailored to the individual investment situation of any specific subscriber. Doc-AI is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities authority.

3. Risk Disclosure

These models have limitations including but not limited to: overfitting to historical patterns, inability to account for unprecedented market conditions, latency between data ingestion and signal generation, and data quality issues from third-party providers.

AI confidence scores reflect the model's statistical confidence in a pattern match, not a probability of profit. A 95% confidence signal does not mean 95% likelihood of the predicted outcome occurring.

5. Third-Party Data

Doc-AI aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including financial data providers, government databases, and alternative data vendors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party data. Do not make investment decisions based solely on data displayed in Doc-AI without independent verification.

6. Broker Connectivity

The auto-trading and order execution features in Doc-AI connect to supported brokerages via their official APIs. Doc-AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Schwab, Tradier, Alpaca, or any other broker. Trade execution is subject to broker terms, availability, market conditions, and regulatory requirements. Doc-AI is not liable for execution failures, slippage, or losses arising from automated or manual trading through the platform.

Doc-AI is operated from New Zealand. Use of this platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Doc-AI complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
