1. Not Investment Advice

Important Notice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Doc-AI provides data, analytics, and AI-generated analysis tools. The signals, scores, and indicators produced by our AI engines are algorithmic outputs based on historical data and statistical models. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. Publisher's Exclusion (§202(a)(11)(D))

Doc-AI operates as a publisher of financial information and analysis under the exclusion provided by Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. This exclusion applies to publishers of bona fide newspapers, news magazines, or business or financial publications of general and regular circulation.

Our AI-generated signals and analysis are distributed to all subscribers simultaneously and are not tailored to the individual investment situation of any specific subscriber. Doc-AI is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities authority.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. Past performance of any trading system, methodology, or individual analyst or algorithm is not indicative of future results.

You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Options trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk. Prior to trading options, you must receive a copy of "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" from your broker.

4. AI & Algorithmic Output Disclaimer

Doc-AI uses machine learning models trained on historical market data. These models have limitations including but not limited to: overfitting to historical patterns, inability to account for unprecedented market conditions, latency between data ingestion and signal generation, and data quality issues from third-party providers.

AI confidence scores reflect the model's statistical confidence in a pattern match, not a probability of profit. A 95% confidence signal does not mean 95% likelihood of the predicted outcome occurring.

5. Third-Party Data

Doc-AI aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including financial data providers, government databases, and alternative data vendors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party data. Do not make investment decisions based solely on data displayed in Doc-AI without independent verification.

6. Broker Connectivity

The auto-trading and order execution features in Doc-AI connect to supported brokerages via their official APIs. Doc-AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Schwab, Tradier, Alpaca, or any other broker. Trade execution is subject to broker terms, availability, market conditions, and regulatory requirements. Doc-AI is not liable for execution failures, slippage, or losses arising from automated or manual trading through the platform.

7. Jurisdiction

Doc-AI is operated from New Zealand. Use of this platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Doc-AI complies with applicable local laws and regulations. This platform is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
